A quotation folder as a “quick-filer” to accommodate the well-ordered information and proposal presentations that go with the complex plans drafted in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering. There is also a quotation folder in which brochures and flyers are sent to customers, intended to be representative of the company and contain customer acquisition publications not suitable or intended for filing.
A press folder designed primarily to be used to send texts to journalists, but that can also be used at various events and promotional functions.
A ring binder designed primarily to store technical documentation and given to customers, but that can also be used for technical training in mechanical and plant engineering. |

| Using the data made available by KBA-Metronic and based on the layout and design guidelines provided, we designed a quotation folder without filing strips. A matt film finish was chosen in order to maintain the representational look, and this elegant finish was also used on the press and event folders. The durability or the surface was particularly important in the case of the ring binder intended for filing technical documents and for use as a training or work folder, which made the robust, scratch-proof Achilles Polylein finish the obvious choice. |
